The Prom-Ute PI nomogram is presented in two tables: one presenting the distribution by percentiles of this diameter index in relation to gestational age (Table 2), and the other showing the distribution by percentiles in the first trimester (11-14 weeks) and second trimester (21-24 weeks), the 95th percentile being 2.44 for the first trimester and 1.71 for the second trimester (Table 3).
The prevalence of bilateral or unilateral notching in the first trimester 11-14 weeks (92 cases) was 58.69 % and 28.26 %, respectively, and for the second trimester between 20-24 weeks (139 cases) was 12.23 % and 26.61 % respectively.(Table 4).
Two hundred and sixty-nine women (78.0 %) selected sexual intercourse as the type of sexual activity during gestation. The distribution of the other types is shown in Table 6. There were 304 heterosexual pregnant women (88.1 %), 32 homosexuals (9.3 %) and 9 bisexuals (2.6 %). The predominant sexual activity in the three groups was sexual intercourse with vaginal penetration, reported by 245 heterosexuals (80.6 % of the group), 18 homosexuals (56.3 %) and 6 bisexuals (66.7 %), the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P= 0.001) (Table 7).
The jury members were persuaded by the clarity and confidence of the proposal submitted to the competition by Hopkins Architects, as well as by the team’s collaborative approach to creating internationally outstanding higher education buildings and the quality of its team that included, among others, well-known engineering and landscape partners, GROSS.MAX.
The five finalist teams that made it to the second stage were asked to submit conceptual proposals for the first phase (construction budget of approximately 188 million pounds), including a master plan and the main buildings for the 10-hectare, 61,120-square-meter city center site.
“We are delighted to have won this prestigious competition for a new university in Milton Keynes and it is a particular honor considering the high caliber of the other shortlisted teams.
All of our best projects have come about through a collaborative process and the next step is to test the ideas we had during the competition with university leaders, the local Council and the people of Milton Keynes. Our team is very excited to begin the creative process together.”
