The School of Law is the oldest law school at the University of Navarra and is headquartered on the Pamplona campus. It also has a permanent campus in Madrid, where most of the School’s graduate programs are developed, such as the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession or the Master’s Degrees in Business Law or Tax Consultancy.
In undergraduate programs, it was a pioneer in creating complementary programs to the Law Degree [Diploma in Economic Law] and in offering international legal programs [Angloamerican Law Program, International Business Law Program, Global Law Program].
In postgraduate programs, the University of Navarra School of Law divides its teaching between the Madrid and Pamplona campuses. In Madrid, it offers the Master’s Degree in Business Law, the Master’s Degree in Tax Consultancy, the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and the Double Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession & Business Law or Tax Consultancy. Pamplona offers the Master’s Degree in Human Rights.

La Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Navarra (en español: Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Navarra, generalmente abreviado como Derecho UNAV o UNAV Law) es la escuela más antigua del sistema de la Universidad de Navarra. La Facultad de Derecho está situada en el Campus Principal de la universidad en Pamplona, España. Aproximadamente el 70% de sus estudiantes de Derecho proceden de otras regiones de España y de una larga lista de países como Estados Unidos, Colombia, Reino Unido, Honduras, México, Francia, Albania, Jamaica y Portugal, entre otros.
La Facultad de Derecho ofrece una amplia oferta de Grados tanto a nivel de licenciatura como de postgrado. El Grado en Derecho español, “Licenciatura de Derecho”, se complementa con seis diplomas de especialización: “Derecho Económico”; “Derecho Medioambiental”; “Derecho Foral Navarro”; el sistema angloamericano de Common Law; así como, Global Law (Anglo-American Law Program, International Business Law Program, Global Lawyer Certificate).
La Facultad de Derecho se creó en 1952. Inicialmente, las clases se impartían en la Cámara de Comptos de Navarra (edificio histórico donde se ubicaba la Cámara de Hacienda del Antiguo Reino de Navarra) y, posteriormente, en el edificio del Museo de Navarra. Cuando se construyó el Campus Universitario en 1963, la Facultad de Derecho funcionaba en el Edificio Central de la Universidad. El actual edificio de la Facultad de Derecho se inauguró en 1992. Actualmente está en marcha un nuevo proyecto de construcción de un gran centro académico que albergará las disciplinas combinadas de Derecho y Economía. En 2011, la Facultad de Derecho anunció la construcción prevista de un campus más pequeño en Madrid.[1] En 2020, la UNAV Law comenzó a ofrecer un máster en derecho digital en el campu de la universidad en Madrid, como parte de un acuerdo con el bufete español Uría Menéndez[2].

The faculty has centers that promote research and specialization in critical areas of the profession. The Center for Criminological Research in Criminal Justice is an academic space devoted to research, teaching and specialized publication of criminological topics in the area of Criminal Justice, through its journal Nova Criminis.
